Meet The Team
Mark Robinson
Managing Director
Mark, a plasterer by trade, has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years and has been the Managing Director of Willow Homes Lincolnshire Ltd since 2009. Mark has excellent knowledge of both traditional and modern construction methods and a thorough understanding of Building Regulations. He has also completed his SMSTS qualification.
Mark enjoys clay pigeon shooting in his spare time. He enjoys watching football but is frustrated that his playing days are over!
Edward Robinson
Director
Edward achieved a 2:1 in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham in 2016. He has since completed the Chartered Institute of Builders Graduate Conversion Certificate in Construction Site Management. He has also completed his SMSTS qualification.
His spare time is spent running, cycling
and swimming.
Tom Robinson
Director
Tom has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years and holds NVQ Level 3 in both Plastering and Joinery. He holds the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Advanced Craft Card (Gold). He also completed a BTEC Certificated course in Brickwork and Blockwork gaining a Distinction.
Tom has successfully completed the C-ILM Leadership and Management in Construction Level 3 Award. Tom enjoys spending time with his young family and playing golf.
Julie Robinson
Director
Julie has worked for many years in Town and Country Planning in both the public and private sectors. She holds both the BTEC National Certificate and BTEC Higher National Certificate in Land Administration (Planning).
Julie deals with Human Resources, prepares and monitors Policies and Procedures and Quality Assurance.
Julie spends her spare time training and competing her dressage horses. She competes regularly with considerable success at Regional and National Level.
Dave Burton
Approved Electrician
Dave has been an approved electrician for over 15 years and is accredited with the NICEIC to enable Willow Homes to certify all its domestic electrical work with Local Authority Building Control.
He is qualified to 18th edition regulations, NVQ level 3 in electrotechnical services
and testing and certification of
electrical installations.
Dave is a keen runner and competes at obstacle course racing, including at the
world championships.
William Camm
Approved Electrician
Billy joined the team in 2020 and he undertook an electrical apprenticeship
at Lincoln College. We are thrilled that
he has excelled with both his college
work and site work and is now a fully qualified Electrician.
Outside of work, Billy enjoys spending time with his friends and playing football. He is also a big fan of Arsenal and enjoys going to
watch them.
Brian McGarva
Construction Operative
Brian is experienced in many aspects of construction with a particular interest in groundworks and block paving.
Brian keeps everyone entertained on site with his good humour. He enjoys spending time with his family in Scotland.
Grzegorz (Greg) Kwasniewski
Greg started working for Willow Homes in August 2024. Greg has recently successfully completed his NVQ level 2 in site carpentry and is soon to proceed with his NVQ level 3.
He enjoys spending time with his family and helping them achieve their goals. He also loves a good BBQ!

Albert Holland
Senior Construction Operative
Albert has been working in construction for several years, many of those with Willow Homes. Albert holds the NVQ Level 2 in General Construction. He specialises in groundworks with significant experience in block paving.
Albert is devoted to his family and takes much pride in the achievements of his children.
