Beautiful stone house with views over open countryside. The dwelling features a large balcony with a glass balustrade to the rear elevation and a state-of-the-art internal fit out.

The external works included a block paved driveway laid in a circular pattern, a detached triple garage and electrically operated handmade entrance gates.

Two semi-detached three bedroom dwellings built on behalf of a client. The project involved demolishing a vacant derelict bungalow before the construction work could begin.

Insomnia Coffee Shop, Sleaford

We undertook the conversion of a stone barn formerly used for car repairs into the stunning Insomnia Coffee Shop in Spring 2019. The internal work involved levelling existing floors, plastering the entire unit, installation of new electrics, plumbing and joinery and concluded with the internal fit out of the shop.

We also undertook external work as part of the project, creating a block paved car parking area and building a timber pergoda to provide a sheltered seating area.
